OUCH..thats a hard one..you can really go back without growing it out well you can try dying it a lighter shade but just barely and keep going until you get back....or you can bleach it...and dye it back to your original blonde color...but its pretty hard because the harsh black dyes really get into your hair and make it hard to do anything with (color-wise)

Wow. Haven't you heard once you go black you never go back? I know I've been there and done that. It will break down your hair to strip it of the permanent color. Start using a temp rinse. Stay with the dark color. Then when your hair is grown out, go to a professional. They will have to cut off the permanently dyed hair. You will have short hair. But you will have a new look. From now on you might want to use semi permanent colors on your hair. It's easier on your hair and you can have more lee way for tints of different looks. For example if your a light or medium brown you can have fun with the reds, or other looks. But other than that, you will have to wait. You must have prayed for patience some place down the road. Because now your going to get to learn it. I feel for ya. Oh yeah I can't forget there are great wigs out there.

let it grow out for a few more months because if you start doing ANYTHING to it now it will cause a lot of breakage. once you go about three-four months without touching it (and deep conditioning it two times a week) than go to your salon and let them know that you need the color stripped out. (the only way to get the black out is to strip it, color will not lift color) once they strip it, you can have them dye it a light brown to start off and wait for about a month or two and from there keep lighting it Evey two or three months till you get it to the blond you want.
this is a long process but in the end it will be healthy

Do NOT bleach it or do anything to it because then ur hair will turn 20 different colors, I've seen it happen. If you have a stylist strip it then ur hair will be weak and be split. I say leave it, black hair is awesome!! I've dyed my hair black three times and my hair eventuallt went back to brown, my normal hair color.

go to the salon and get everything stripped out of your hair. Do not try dying it with a store bought product your hair will look horrible. Trust me on this one I know from experience. It costs about $40 to get it stripped.

Well thats impossible to do right off the bat.
You need to find a stylist that can color strip your black hair, and take steps to get you blonde. You dont want someone to throw bleach on your black hair, it will damage your hair, beyond repair!! You need to take it in steps, maybe start of with some highlights ....
NEVER DYE YOUR HAIR BLACK if you know you wanna change it, and or go blonde later!!

Let a professional stylist strip the color, and give yourself deep conditioning treatments so that your hair does not get too brittle.

You need to strip the color out first, then tone it to your desired color. If you go to a Sally's beauty supply, they have some that do not contain bleach, so, it won't harm your hair ! :)
