my dermatologist told me my condition was unusual for a White person to have this condition and he asked me if I had Indian heritage in my family background. ( and may I add I am very proud of) Any way he explained the condition only appeared in young adulthood and will last my lifetime. The condition is an allergy to the sun. I love the sun and like to tan just a little but he has advised me to wear protection in the sun and not more tanning beds. This is called Chronic Inflammation under the skin. Can someone help with tips on what to do to help this disease?

I recommend Milk Thistle, and go see a chinese herbalist.
I would use neem bark capsules, and turmeric also.
this is only a condition because your doctor doesn't know how to treat it. You will NOT have to avoid the sun.

That is odd, my mother has that, but I doubt very much she has any Native American ancestry.

All I can say is she has to use lots of sun block and try and avoid prolonged exposure to the sun and wear t-shirt etc when out in hot weather.

I know that even if she misses a tiny area of skin, it comes up all red and puffy.
