I dyed my hair about a week and a half ago, and the haircolor turned out to be too light..I wanted to go really dark brown, but It didnt work...I used to have my hair light brown before..So now I have two different haircolors..althought the difference is subtle, its still noticeable. Can I use a semi/demi permanent haircolor to fix the problem?

wait a few weeks before doing it to avoid damage - go to beauty supply and get a Roux color rinse close to the color you like. they are temporary rinses but since your hair is more porous from the treatment the rinse color should grab and darken it a bit. If you do this a few times it will condition your hair for a few weeks and buy you some time until you can re-dye

Edit: You could probably try a 4-6 week temporary hair color like Loving Care or Beautiful Browns - it does not have ammonia or peroxide (which both damage hair).

Yes you can. If the lighter color is at the roots then just do a root touch up and the apply the remainder of color for the last 15 minutes. If the lighter color is in strands, roots to ends, you can do an all over color but you will still have the slightly lighter highlights. Remember to deep condition your hair after you color it and then at least once a week for a while so your hair will not get dried out. Good Luck and remember if it is not how you wnat it you can change it. I color my hair every 2-3 weeks because I started greying at 15. I am now 40 and would be totally white headed if it was not for coloring!

Yes you can, but I wouldn't recommend it on lightened hair. If you use it on bleached or otherwise lightened hair, you will weaken it even more than it already is. Dying of any kind weakens hair, and bleaching damages the most. So dying again would not be good. I would recommend waiting maybe a month or so, or asking a pro to fix it.

Yes, i've done it plenty of times...leave the conditioner that comes with the dye on for a few minutes longer than normal!

Also, try and buy a dye that doesnt have ammonia in it as its kinder to your hair!

Yes you can. I have done this many times. You need to deep condition dyed hair a lot though if you want it to be healthy.

You should be able to but, I would suggest using a rinse with no peroxide or amonia, and a deep conditioner to keep your hair from drying out too much.
