Toronto belongs to the province of Ontario. There are no states in Canada, only Provinces and Territories.

Canada has provinces NOT states, and the City of Toronto is in the Province of Ontario, and is the Captial of Ontario NOT Canada.

It belongs in Ontario. But the thing is, in Canada we have Provinces, not States. Its alittle different than the US.

we dont have states in canada. we have provinces and territory's. toronto is in the province of ontario....

and by the way "econdrone" we dont have a president we have a prime minister.
