We are seeking a travel destination that is all inclusive for a group of 34 adults. Needs to be warm. Fun. They will be coming from all over the U.S. Targeting end of February. Budget of $800/each. May go over budget, but not to much. Suggestions?

The only two "major" destinations with decent international air service that offer "all-inclusive" resorts are Punta Cana on the Eastern end of the Dominican Republic (great destination, great resorts, kind of laid back and enjoy the beach/resort vacation - also the best pricing in the Caribbean for a vacation!), and Riviera Maya - 45 minutes south of Cancun (same resort style as Punta Cana, but many, many more sightseeing opportunities off-resort). There are also a good number of all-inclusives in Cancun proper. These tend to be high rise buildings, built much closer together than those in Riviera Maya. Cancun also offers a world-class night life.

I've been to all three and our office sells a huge amount of vacation packages to these destinations. The good thing here is that choosing between these destinations, you cant make a bad decision.

One final piece of advice - don't try to do this yourself - go see a good travel agent and tell them what you're looking for. They're happy to give you their expertise, and there's no cost for their service!

There are many travel destinations like New Orleans, London, Paris, Berlin etc .But as per my recommendation you have to go New Orleans because you will enjoy a lot with your group. New Orleans is a beautiful and unique American city . Head to Jackson Square where you can immerse yourself in all the action with live music performances .Explore to know more about this place http://www.thinkhotels.com/blog/2013/12/18/orleans-place-celebrate-year/

Check out some travel deals on this site: iBtraveling.com I sign up for some of their newsletters and it helps when I'm planning a trip too.

You'll find something there. It'll have lots of suggestions from all inclusive, private home rentals, companies that will make all the arrangments for your group, hotel planners I think is their name? You should find something in your price range.

A friend of mine told me about a place called Willow Valley (willowvalley.com) about 30 minutes away from Hershey Park. It's a family oriented place, with packages for accomodations, breakfast and dinner included.
