hotel chocolat is by far the best, you won't believe how good till you've tried it. it's expensive but you definitely get what you pay for.

they have fairtrade agreements with all their suppliers, so you can stuff it down with a clear conscience, too.

I love all chocolate, but id have to say dark chocolate. It is the healthiest one for you and it tastes good in small portions. It also goes great with most fruit. Milk chocolate tastes great, i know, but it makes me feel gross afterwards. White chocolate is delicious, but I end up missing the other two.

The goal of every chocolate maker is the texture, the smoother it is the better, if it feels like a melted butter in your mouth, then it is a good chocolate. I love See's Candy chocolate, and Lindt's choclate

I suppose it depends on what you want it for. If you've just been chucked/sacked/etc a family sized bar of dairy milk or galaxy is the answer. But if you're making a truffle tart or chocolate mousse 70% cocoa solids is the mutts nuts.

Dark chocolates are better for as they are rich in antioxidants and lower in fat than semi-sweet and milk chocolate.

i'd say bittersweet chocolate. i like a rich chocolate taste, rather than sweet milk chocolate.
