Lovely dessert- but doesn't come out right! Any suggestions?

I think you have to freeze them first. I'm not sure for how long though, maybe a couple of hours. I'd unwrap them and shove sticks in them first then put them in the freezer. Dip in a "liquid" type batter not a dry coating. Make sure your oil is hot enough. If that doesn't work, try dusting them with corn starch before dipping them in the batter.

U have 2 options either use a tempura batter or regular way but you ARE GOING TO WANT TO MAKE SURE THE BARS OR ICE COLD SO LET THEM FREEZE FOR 16 HOURS TO BE SAFE .
OIL 6
1 GRATE
7 PANS
FLOUR
EGGS
MILK
AND BREAD CRUMBS OF SOME SORT STAY AWAY FROM FINE CRUMBS.

MIX 2 EGGS AND 1 CUP MILK


1. [MARS]

2. [ FLOUR]

3. ( EGG /MILK)

4. [ CRUMBS ]

5. [ CLEAN PAN }

6. 325 f OIL IN POT

7. DRYING GRATE AND PAN

8. AND REPEAT

i'm a Glaswegian, you need to place the Mars bars interior the freezer in the previous battering. This does help save the Chocolate from melting too lots! satisfied eating! thoughts you Baked Alaska is in simple terms as superb!
