No. Atheist means someone who does not have a belief in a supernatural deity. Young children and people with severe MR are also atheist. People who haven't been brainwashed throughout their lives are also atheist. People who apply rational thought to this superstition have to become atheist, because by definition, the supernatural cannot be known, therefore to believe in it without proof is irrational
