I have been using proactiv with great results and I am about out. I was just about to buy some more and I looked up AcneFree, which you can get at Wal-Mart for more than half price. I was reading the label and it says its better than proactiv. It has the same 3 steps as proactiv. Has anyone used these products? Are they the same or is one better than the other. I really want the cheaper one but if its not worth it than I will just stick with Proactiv. What is your opinion about these two products?

Definately give it a try, Proactive is for people who can spend a lot of money, and their product is based not on "what" it does, abut rather a regimen of cleansing and exfoliating. Using it every day (the regimen) part keeps you in a routine, which is why it works really good, and it DOES have sound ingredients like peroxide which is a antibacterial ingredient, which is what cleans the pores so quick. Give this other brand a chance, if it says better or "JUST LIKE" proactive, its because its the SAME thing, just a different name. Consider it like this, its red nail polish right ? But it comes in different bottles by 2 different sellers, who get the polish from the SAME COMPANY....get it ??? Honestly, go for it...Proactive prbably let WalMart use their product just to sell more, which is smart on their part....ITS ALL THE SAME STUFF...

I only bought the trial size of the acnefree from walmart and used it for 2 weeks with no results. maybe if i used it longer it might have worked. just check to see if they have the same ingredients. i just ordered my first proactive, havent gotten it yet. but i just started to use neutrogena oil free acne wash this week and it works really good. i probably wont order anymore proactive.

I have used Proactive and it started to work on me and then it stopped. I have searched all over for something to clear up my acne and I have even visited the dermatologist and was still not pleased. A girl on my floor said she uses St. Ives Apricot Scrub for Blackheads and Blemishes. I tried it and I am hook. I don't think my face has ever looked this good or felt so soft. My roommate has started using it and my boyfriend and they love it. Now everyone on my floor is using it. I SWEAR BY THIS STUFF.... It takes off all of the dead skin.

Proactiv is the only best result that I know of so I think you should stick with that.

When I stopped using Proactiv to try something else, my skin went crazy and broke out a lot. I would stick with it!

I dont know about the cheaper one, but ProActive works great....I USE IT! I know at Target they have a cheper one that works just as good, if not better, CLEAR ACTION. I used it before, but I ran out and wanted to try something new....

just depends on who you ask cuz usually the reason that people like one and not the other is cuz they havn't tried the other. If you used proactive and you liked it,you should just stick top it cuz its not good for ur skin to be changing products like that when its sdtarting to get better

Acne Free is so much better than Pro Activ. Pro Activ is a BIG JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!! Acne Free is less harsh on your skin. You can even skip a day and wont get acne. I truly highly recommened Acne Free. You will be very happy with the results with Acne Free. Acne Free you see reults in 4 days. Pro Activ you get some results in 4 months or longer. Acne Free has a product called "Terminator" use this if you see a zit and need to get rid of it right away. I promise you will be happy with Acne Free. It is so much milder than Pro Activ. Acne-free is wayy better....or Mary Kay products. I interviewed plenty of women and they all said mary kay products are awsome
