If there is a suspicion that you have mono, then drinking alcohol could make you very sick if it turns out you have mono.

No the test will not determine alcohol consumption, but if will effect any antibiotics that you are/or will be taking. Drinking at a party tonight is really not a good idea, Mono can be taken care of pretty rapidly with plenty of rest and healthy livin' and medicine.
Fatigue and burning the candle at both ends will definitely prolong it, possibly for a very long period of time. ALOT of college students are diagnosed with Mono for this reason.

No it wont effect the test, but if you think you have mono you shouldn't probably go to a party. But if you do make SURE that you don't share you drink with ANYONE it is highly contagious and effects some way worse then others. Mono is actually more serious then you are giving it credit for, you can't even donate blood for 5 years!!

You should call your doctor's office & ask. Don't they usually tell you to fast the evening prior to blood tests?
Also, if you have mono, you shouldn't be drinking... it will bring down your immune system. Mono is spread by coughing, sneezing, kissing, and sharing drinks and utensils. Don't spread your mono to anyone else at the party.

No, a mono test is usually a scrape of the inside of your mouth. Sometimes they draw blood, but they will not be looking for alcohol, only the antibodies for mono. No worries!
