life keeps leaving without taking care of her needs. I said that maybe she should consider looking elsewhere for her satisfaction.
Now she has been calling me to meet her for dinner, lunch or for for drinks....problem is, I respect her as a friend and I have made it clear that I'm not interested in a sexual relationship.
Should I just stop returning her calls or meet up with her and just get it over with?

depends, do you want to remain friends...if not, just meet up with her. Turn her world upside down and sideways, then as she lays there in total bliss...hand her your bill for your services and walk out!

well for starter if your friends i've learned from the past don't do anything that you know would ruin that friendship let her know that you value her friendship and that you don't want to ruin it, then tell her that you don't mind going out with her as long as it's just as friends.
women need to have affection and well when their needs aren't met the want to seek it out in someone they think might meet their needs and don't alway thing logicly when they feel desperate about it.

Us men are a funny bunch. Be honest, be open, and let it ride. If you aren't interested, tell her again. Ask her intentions, express yours. Communicate. Just don't hurt nobody!
She may say its just for some side action, but you'll be tangled up in it if you aren't careful!

maybe she doesnt respect u since she knows how u feel and still hints around. she should be lucky to havea friend like u and not one that takes her for granted.
