Yes, you do sweat when you are in the shower, as well as in the bath. The hypothalamus (the temperature regulator) in the brain detects through sensory input that you are in an environment that is warmer than body temperature assuming that most people like a warm or hot shower, this sets off the body to reduce the dangers of an increase in internal temperature, so you sweat, much as you would on a very hot day or after exercise.

to sweat effectively you need the humidity to be low, this allows the water the forms on your skin to evaporate. The conversion from water to gas absorbs heat from your body, thus reducing your body temperature. In the shower the humidity is 100 percent, if it is a sealed unit, with rising steam so while you will sweat it wont be very effective at cooling you down. Just think of the jockeys who use saunas to reduce their weight, they are sweating out the water.

Yes, you sweat. Sounds disgusting, but after you have had a hot shower, get out and towel off, then a couple of minutes later lick your arm. It will be salty from the sweat.

Yes. Also in steam. That is what a sauna is for: to make you sweat.
