can a edible cooking oil be re-used after it has been already used once for frying?can the remaining portion of the fried oil after using once,instead of throwing it be used for the second time,not for frying purpose but for putting it in vegetables for cooking purpose.secondly,which is the best edible cooking oil which is very good for allround health?which edible cooking oil also gives best performance even while heated at high temperatures for deep frying without losing it"s basic properties?and restricting health hazards.

I wouldnt deep fry anything if I were you. Virgin Olive oil, and virgin coconut oil are th ebest to use for cooking. Deep frying will cause food to lose its properties
