its actually fairly common during pregnacy to get swelling and redness in the gums, due mainly to hormonal changes, make sure you floss them very well and they should return to normal about a month after having the baby, and getting a good cleaning from the dentist

It is common for this to happen during pregnancies. I am 8 months and my gums get SO swollen its really annoying. They bleed when I brush or floss. It's just another joy of being pregnant I guess :)

Very common when you are pregnant! Keep brushing and make sure you see a dentist every 6 months!

I am not sure really what causes that, but I did that with both of my pregnancies. Its nothing to worry about although it could be painful..
