I have General Anxiety Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Sometimes I have chest pains, but they go away. However, I've noticed that there are bumps where I had the pains. I wish they'd go away.

If you are having chest pain, your inclination might be to reach up and rub or touch that area. Is it possible that you are simply dealing with a few clogged glands? Try using an acne soap in that area to deep clean and perhaps add a weekly scub like St. Ives Apricot scub. That is inexpensive and works well.

Stop touching and or picking and allow the skin to heal itself.

Well what kind of bumps are they?
under the surface, deep inside, or on the skin?
I have a funny feeling that if they are on the skin they are a reaction to your hands constantly touching your chest.
Think about it

They are called nipples and they are supposed to be there!

Leave them alone and don't play with them!
