He doesnt want to meet me. He says hes really concerned with her studies and he wishes that we just stopped talking. This is the girl i want to marry and im lost. Her parents just wont accept me... they wont even meet me.

If she's still in school (and I'm assuming you are, too), he probably just wants her to wait until after college for a serious relationship.
you could try to compromise by staying in touch, but still letting her focus on her studies. once you've proved that a) you respect their values and b) she can handle both, you will probably find them a little more welcoming.

lol so sweet go to her house tell him you intend to marry his daughter with or without his blessing that you love this girl and would do anything to make her happy,also tell him you won't marry her until she is out of school.
