If you are going to quote, get the whole thing in context: "No man hath seen God at any time: the only begotten Son who is in the Bosom of the Father, he hath declared him."
No one has seen the fullness of God- Jesus is the Son of God, and perhaps a manifestation of Him, but not core thing.
The rest of the verse goes on to point that out- the Son of God has shown or declared him- this is what you are seeing.
John 1 is often used as a proof that Jesus is indeed God, but at the same time, the passage makes it clear that Jesus is a physically seperate entity.

You mean these verses?:
No one has ever seen God, but God the One and Only, who is at the Father's side, has made him known.
~John 1:18 (NIV)
Jesus said, "You have now seen him; in fact, he is the one speaking with you."
~John 6:37 (NIV)
Philip said, "Lord, show us the Father. That will be enough for us."
Jesus answered, "Don't you know me, Philip? I have been among you such a long time! Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. So how can you say, 'Show us the Father'?
~John 14:8,9 (NIV)
You might want to do some research before you post your next rhetorical question. It might save you some embarrassment. Or maybe not.

You are right. This is not a Bible teaching; the Bible says that Jesus is the SON OF God, not God. Your scripture is one piece of evidence that supports that view.
Funny thing, Jesus did not say "No one has seen God THE FATHER" he said "No one has seen GOD."

Yes, Jesus MEANT "God the father." Did you forget your fundy decoder ring?
And even if he did MEAN "god the father" - didn't Adam and God used to hang out in the garden pre-fruit-munch? Sure they did. They "walked in the evening" and God helped Adam pick out a mate - remember? Or did Adam have to wear really strong Ray Bans?
