You know i've been wondering the same thing. I always thought that after atleast a week after the funeral, but flags are still at half staff since Ford died. It could be many buisnesses are too lazy to bring the flags back up. Though I did hear 30 days after his death.

It is 30 days for Presidents. I did wonder myself when it was still half staff after a week, but I later found it is 30 days

I am quite sure it is 12 hrs. you are not suppose to fly the flag at all after dark.
