Dairy doesn't naturally contain Vitamin C though some of it is fortified with Vitamin D which you also get directly from the sun. If you're going to cut out dairy entirely, you should take a calcium supplement.

Supplements are okay to take. You would need to replace your calcium, Vit A and D as well. However, it is always better to get your nutrients that occur naturally in foods than supplements.
Vitamin C is not generally found in dairy products. If you are drinking juice (fortified with Vit C) or eating fruits and vegetables (broccoli) you are most likely getting your Vit C from these sources

Definately take Vitamin C, and Vitamin D to absorb the calcium pills. I can't tolerate dairy products but choose Lactose products which is easier for my body to digest. But yes...Vitamin D will help absorb the calcium in your body to help with your bones so you wont get osteoperosis*
