it is like asking when do I start being loving and friendly to people? It is good to make your neighbour(s) feel your kind hospitality at all times. I think your neighbour will appreciate you for opening up to tell her/him about the wrong fitted window without delay. So don't wait anymore drop a conversation now!

I think I would opt for a note, or simply keep mouth shut. The last thing I would want is someone thinking I am lurking about, even if it was in my own kitchen!

How could glass be the wrong way around? Is it some special type of glass? Anyway, just tell her.

I would stop by with a plate of homemade goodies and exchange greetings with her. You can offer your opinions about her window at that time, telling her you wanted her to know right away. Best wishes =)

if you were my neighbour I'd be grateful if you told me as soon as possible, i would go and knock and say" i thought it best you know to save any embarrassment "and then explain i'm sure she'd be thankful

Don't tell her unless she asks why you have binoculars and lube resting on your kitchen window.
