The same verses that condemn gay men, condemn gay women as well. The Bible speaks against the whole homosexual lifestyle. Read Leviticus 18:22 and Romans 1:25-28. If you intend to spend eternity with God, and if you're a lesbian, you have to give up that lifestyle.

Only found references where it says women cannot have sex with animals in the old testament. It was implied however when the Israelites were warned not to practice the things the Egyptians and others did which included women marrying other women or more than two men.
In the new testament it is treated as a sin.
Romans
1:26
For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural,

and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error.

The Bible was pretty much written by men, so women's activities aren't much mentioned. But just like the phrase, "All men are created equal" includes women as well, I'm pretty sure that all references to men in the Bible and what kind of behavior is expected of them was intended to apply to women, too.
Having said that, anyone who is gay or lesbian will tell you that "sin" doesn't apply, no matter what the Bible says. Don't bother trying to find an exemption in the Scriptures, just be yourself. An all-knowing God surely understands what's in your heart of hearts.

The Bible speaks of homosexuality as being a sin, regardless of whether it is men or women. Of course, the Bible speaks of many things as being sinful, so everyone is pretty much screwed.
1 Corinthians 6:9
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.
Then again, that's the whole point of Christianity. Everyone in the world is sinful, but we are able to receive the redemptive grace of Christ. My advice would be to not look at the Bible as a set of rules that you must follow, but to try to capture the entire narrative of the book. It is not a story about do's and dont's, but it's a story about a savior coming to rescue men from their dire circumstances.

People will SAY that Romans 1:26 condemns it (Rom 1:26 - For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature), but they don't actually know as much as they should.
The words "physin" and "paraphysin" in Romans 1:26-27 have been mistranslated. Contrary to popular belief, the word "paraphysin" does not mean "to go against the laws of nature", but rather implies action which is uncharacteristic for that particular person. An example of the word "paraphysin" is used in Romans 11:24, where God acts in an uncharacteristic (paraphysin) way to accept the Gentiles. When the scripture is understood correctly, it implies that it would be unnatural for heterosexuals to live as homosexuals and for homosexuals to live as heterosexuals.

In my opinion it is not a sin because It is who you are and you are not to be ashamed of it. Blame our society... they are the ones who make lesbianism sound so immoral thus making it look like a sin... But the truth is... it is only you to decide if what your doing is wrong or right... you are the judge...

Deuteronomy 22:5
The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.
In the original translations this is a reference to a woman assuming the man's or the man assuming the woman's role in the sex act.
