This one guy that I have probably known for a month now. He got extremely intoxicated one night and kept telling me how beautiful I was. (I don't know if he remembers it or not) And he told me to call him the next day. I didn't call him because, I mean he was drunk after all, and I ususally don't believe drunk guys. But I do kinda like him. Do you think he was telling me the truth?

If you like him, give it a shot. He might be embarassed he was so 'open' with you. You have nothing to lose.
However, if he is drunk all the time, that might be a bad sign.

It's kinda 50/50. Some people talk outta their *** when they're drunk, while others prove the statement of 'a drunk mouth speaks a sober heart' to be true. I'd call him... if he doesn't remember, don't make it awkward. Laugh it off and make it a joke. OR.... you could get him drunk again and confront the past situation. That way, if he didn't mean it, you won't really be humiliating yourself by asking because he probably won't remember that the next day, either!! Best of luck!

I think that even when someone is drunk (unless they are like on the verge of alcohol poisoning) whatever they say has to come from somewhere. It is probably just something that he wouldn't say sober, for any reason. I think that it would be a good idea to give him a call and just see how he acts and how it goes. I wouldn't mention the drunk night right away though, it can be awkward when people don't remember things.

Dependency issues suck.
For all those who think alcohol is a "truth serum", hahahaaha. Yeah, why doesn't the CIA just get terrorists drunk then? One thing alcholol most certainly is not is a truth serum: it's disinhibiting of the child-like ego though, and people can be impulsive and compulsive and act out like children though.

i think you might have been more of an opportunity tried for the moment. If you want to play with him ask him why he never called. Reverse the one fact. See his reaction. It will tell you if he's interested or not.

Play it smooth when you talk to him. Be like, so what was up with last night? I mean, you were pretty HAMMERED huh? Do you even remember anything? Make something weird up and say he did it, if he believes you he was probably SMASHED and therefore wouldn't remember anything.
