Many electronic devices manufactured today use switching power suppies which can easily adapt to 100-220 volts without having to throw any switches. Look on the box and see if there is any power supply requirements statement. It might say something like: Power requirements 100-220VAC. The only other problem you will encounter is matching the power plug. I believe there are travel sites that sell plug adaptors.

Most electronics will work in both countries. If its battery operated then there is no problem but if its mains operated then you need a converter box to change the voltage between 110 for usa and 220 for the uk and europe

most electrical shops have what you want, just check whether it has the voltage setting at the back of the unit. it's usually a simple switch between 110V and 220V. if you are stilll unsure, ask the shop asistant.
