Checking spelling is easy, it's lazy not to, also some answers are not polite! deduct points for rudeness!

Are you extreme? It bothers you THAT plenty that not basically did you waste factors asking a query yet you want Yahoo to deduct factors for the grammar/spelling issues? it is relatively ordinary to mistype those words...their/there/they are, to/too/2, extremely if one varieties very with out postpone. And the misuse of the spellings of those words does not point out a loss of intelligence. i'm particularly clever and that i sometimes make those errors and that i've got seen different clever people do it as properly. it is relatively not well worth deducting factors or spending factors on it. merely loosen up, it is nice, relatively. once you're appropriate and make no errors the two in spelling, grammar or lifestyles itself....then you certainly can come and seek advice from us approximately our imperfections. Deal?

No. Spelling errors (though regrettable) aren't the problem.
(N.b.: the spell checker is good, but not perfect...it misses some valid words, passes others that are not quite right - but I digress)

Deliberate rudeness, blatant racism, patent trolling, flagrant violation of the rules, on the other hand, ARE... Though we all "step over the line" from time to time, these are beyond accidental offense, and should be flagged and dealt with.

Bad spelling is unforgivable, as those nice Yahoo people provide us with a spilchoker.

I also dislike incoherent questions.

There's also the questions that reoccur every week, you know, black boxes, kamikaze helmets, polar bears and penguins, etc etc

Yes i agree, and possibly for swearing also, maybe if we could click on a big red tick and underneath give marks out of 10.

Yes. Points should also be deducted for improper capitalization, punctuation, grammar, and excessive use of acronyms.

Points should also be deducted for stupidity, as well.
