I want to lose 5-10 pounds.... i know you cannot spot reduce, but i want to slim up my legs(thighs) and my waistline. What can i do?

Walking first thing in the morning when your stomach is empty, this will force your body to use fat instead of what you have eaten.

Many people walk after dinner etc. to wear off what they ate but that doesn't often bring down their wait though it may help them to stop getting bigger.

Remember to exercise on an empty stomach to use your body fat.

Start out slowly and enjoy, don't over do it. After 3 weeks it will become a natural thing for you to do. Have fun with the new body !

I cut out soda from my diet and lost 10 pounds over the summer. Replaced it with water, diet soda, some juice (watch out for those calories in juice though!). I also lost another 15 when I quit drinking alcohol. If you have a few favorites that you always gorge on, think about what you can replace them with that would be better for you. There are some really great healthy alternatives to treats out these days. Esp. if you have a little etra cash to spoil yourself with natural products.

if you are already active then fine, if not get some leg exercises done. If nothing is shifting the weight from that area then use a super fat burner like total control and cell-u-loss, you can get them from myhealthabcmall.com, they work really good and will burn any areas or excess fat.

do squats and lounges. Those are the best for but hips and thigh work out. Also squeeze your stomach as your squatting and you will feel and see a difference.

High protein diet, and more cardio. 5 pds is nothing, you can lose that in water weight in a day, shoot for the 10.

Go for a brisk walk for 45 minutes
Do cycling and aerobics
