I have been doing some excercise to get my ABS flat but i only see a little result with the upper ABS.

How do i work the the lower ABS? I also would like to know the excercise that get your vigina tight.

Please give me a wibsite that can give me valuable info. proferble one that have photo on how the excercise is done. Please!!!!!!!

Here's a secret: great abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym. If you want flat abs, here's a quick way:

You have to eat. I know that doesn't make sense on the surface, but follow me here: the process of consuming and digesting food is what keeps your metabolism going. The more often you can keep the process going, the faster your metabolism goes...

So rather than eating a lot of food every moment of the day, split your normal three meals in to six small meals throughout the day. Your body's insulin response will stay level and you'll be burning calories all day this way.

Do a search for kegel exercises on the net to find the second item you're looking for . . . I'm sure you could get ab exercises the same way - just go do a search.
