Listen to your favorite up beat music, that will make you want to move. Its hard to stay motivated until you see changes, but keep going. If you have a partner or friend that will workout with you that helps. Having someone to answer to also works. Report to someone that will hold you accountable, a spouse or parent. No one that will belittle you though. Think about how great you will look and feel. Just don't give up, it's a long journey but you can do it. I believe your a strong person, if you weren't you wouldn't have asked the question. Keep going, don't give up!

Good positive examples in my life of my family and friends. My faith in God. Past experiences I have had, when I've made it through hard times. I know that things can always change for the better. So why not? And why not right now?
