A colt 45. But sometimes I leave it at home for the wife and take a 7" blade with me. I find either works well. Obviously with a knife you have to get closer than with a gun. I have been practicing some throwing techniques and am getting better, but I still prefer the old 45.

I don't use anything for protection. I'm celibate for 6 years and intend to stay that way for the rest of my life. Sex isn't something i choose to involve myself with anymore.
However, if i were active sexually i'd definately use a condom.

kids use lots of thing for protection one is being smart and know who they sleep with and they use condoms..
