First, get your patent so that you have legal protection.
Then, you will need to pitch to the R&D department at a company who makes (or is obvioucly capable of making) your device, if your idea is to sell your patent.
If you want to get your apparatus produced in volume so that YOU can sell the item itself, then again, identify a fabrication company that is willing to contract the work.

You should have not ever said anything first...Now you need to get it off of your computer if it's in any files...Then get a patent
