Call your insurance agent. If the insurance company is paying for the courtesy car, then they will help you arrange one. If the 'courtesey car' is supposed to come from the repair company and they don't have one, you may be out of luck. The use of the courtesey car is not a right, it's a service WHEN it's available.

When I was involved in an accident a couple of years ago there was a lot of haggling over who was going to pay for the repairs because the guy that drove into me, just gave me his details and drove off and then never answered any of my insurance/solicitors calls.
While this was all going on, my insurance company paid for a hire car for me. I think this had a lot to do with the fact that my accident was a very clean cut case and the police were involved.
Good luck. If they say they cannot help, then just hassle them, they will give in eventually!

Complain like mad. If the state they will provide you with a courtesy car you can hold them to it. Make sure it's the insurance company that has to provide the car, not the bodyshop that's fixing it.

Ignore the dumb yank who's too stupid to realise this is the UK site and yankee poodle law doesn't exist here.
As has been said contact your insurer who will authorise a hire car for you.

maximum garages will grant a courtesy vehicle to get the organisation. you may want to ask the storage your self. they are going to likely agree till the fix specifically excludes this value. they could want the ok out of your organisation and could advise you hence.

If you carry "rental reimbursement" on your automobile policy, your insurance will provide you with a rental car. Be aware this is a limit on this coverage.
For example $750 = $25 a day for a maximum of 30 days.
So you might have some additional cost depending on your policy limits and the type of vehicle you request.
