My Mom drinks them all the time (twice a day). She is trying to maintain her weight. If you can drink them in addition to your regular meals, they might work for you. They taste good and give you some extra calories. You just have to make sure that they're not replacing a meal. Quite a lot of sugar, but hey what can you do? They have so many different flavors, I'd give them a try. I would talk with your doc first, just to be sure. He may have some other ideas. Good luck!
