it feels like kicking or movement in my lower stomach every once in a while. i'm not pregnant. could it be nerves?

it sounds like muscle spasms but go to your doctor to make sure

If you're positive you're not pregnant, then I would go to the doctor. That doesn't sound good. Sometimes a muscle can twitch, but that's different than a kicking/movement feeling in your gut. It doesn't sound like nerves unless your under some M A J O R stress.

muscle spasms, put a magnet off fridge on it when this happens.
