I don't want anything that has to do with apples. I can't seem to come up with any ideas besides, red chili peppers and cows. I don't want cow in my kitchen either, please help

Italian theme like wine bottles or olive oils . We did a southwest theme with chili peppers. stay away from cows though.

I have a country kitchen & if that appeals to you, go with a mini print & decorate your walls with a heart theme or country kitchen wall hangings & decorate the top of your cabinets with baskets, nostalgic cans, etc. (if that's an option) I went to a craft store & bought many neat wall hangings. My kitchen colors are mauve & country blue. I just love it & I get many compliments on it. I bought beige lace swags to hang at the windows & they compliment the kitchen nicely.

I totally understand your dilemma. To be honest themes are played out to me. Often times everyone has what you have. Perhaps if you have a moment click my flickr page and view some of the kitchens that I have decorated and maybe you will get inspired.

You could go with a flower theme... pick a subtle colour from the flowers or leaves and carry it on through. I would suggest spring flowers (tulips/daffodils/etc.) for a kitchen border and go from there. Cows are great for a laundry room...

Cafe/Bistro is cool, or retro kitchen, with retro appliances, old metal signs, etc. Most of my kitchen it cocktail stuff, shakers, bar glasses, cocktail signs of recipes, etc. A little goes a long way in the kitchen too!

I like a kitchen in black and white and decorated with things with those little fat chefs on them. You know the ones with the big chef hats and white jacket. With black, white and chrome appliances also.

Try and do something that you like. My girlfriend likes roosters. My sister likes penguins. I like flowers. I like something that makes me happy, that feels like home. My other girlfriend likes sunflowers. Hope this helps.
