Traders Joe: have the most unique and crazy stuff which is good for health too and worth trying if you exprriment with new grocery items....Then, i guess Publix, Stop and Shop, CVS too for some emergency times,....Dollar Shop for some basic nit bits.....

Sav A Lot or Aldi's Cheap and great food. I can shop for 2 weeks for my family for $150.

Safeway, if you live on the west coast go to safeway. Sadly I had to move out of California to Idaho and they don't have safeways here :( I am kinda waiting for them to reach the mid west

trader joes!!!! its so cheap and has the most bizarre things!! you'll go in for bread and come out with cashew butter and all sorts of weird and wonderful things! its healthy too
