I have a Lexmark X73 (printer/scanner combo) and I've lost the installation disc for it. The computer (Windows XP) recognizes what it is when I hook up the X73 and prompts me to install the software for it. Is there somewhere I can download the software for it or something, or am I screwed until I find the installation disc? Thanks in advance.

Try asking some people you know if they have the same printer, and if they have the installation disk, see if you can borrow it.

Or, try calling their customer service number or going to Lexmark.com A customer service rep can walk you through the steps or have a new disc sent out to you. They may even know where you may be able to download the installation program.

Good luck:)

Go to the site and search for drivers; Might be under Legacy drivers, but might still be available with current items

go to www.lexmark.com and go to support and look for the driver and download it. You'll get the latest one and it will install everything you need.
