at the tips of ur hair be died diff. colors(red&black),but wate the top layer of the hair is blond and the bottom layer is red

Well, if you're applying for a job it might be kinda weird, but if you like it on yourself, then who cares what anyone else thinks. It might actually be kinda cool. :)

If it was blonde on top you would have the Christina Aguleira affect.
She had black/blonde/red awhile back.
