Grilled cheese made with whole wheat bread, low fat/calorie cheese, lean turkey/ham/chicken, and either a fake butter or a small amount of real butter (melt about 2 teaspoons and use a thin film of it to coat the bread rather than using solid butter).
Get healthy choice soup also, which is low in sodium, and add water to the broth.

Ok.. I'm going to admit my most disgusting indulgence that makes a super fast yet healthy snack / lunch.

I looooooooove whole grain blueberry waffles right out of the toaster. Like Eggos! No butter.. no syrup.. just the blueberrys and whole grain.

My husband and teenage sons thought I was incredibly bizarre until they tried it...... he he he... whole grain blueberry waffles has turned into the house favorite.

The toaster pops and I wrap it in a papertowel.

But I can never eat just one....... OMG is it good.

Quesadillas. Take a flour tortilla, sprinkle a little grated cheddar cheese on it, put some canadian bacon or sliced ham on it, add a little more cheese, top it with another tortilla, and heat it in the microwave for a minute.

buy mixed salad greens and whatever veggies you want. Clean 'em, cut 'em, toss 'em in a bag with some lite dressing, shake it up. Voila! You could even toss in pre-cooked chicken or some sandwich meat for some protein.
