Mark Westhusin works as a scientist at GSC, he clones cats. The cats are clearly his Creation. Most of those cats are happy living animals in a variety of families.
Can he kill those cloned cats, simply because he is the Creator?

It would be illegal for him to kill cats who don't belong to him, since you said they're happily living in a variety of families.

Sure. But is he cloning or creating cats? I don't remember hearing about anyone creating cats.

I think so. Would be weird if some family got one of his cats as a pet and he went to their house to kill it....but yeah I think he should beable to kill what he created.
