Yeppers, all the time I used to wait until it was really late and skinny dip I had hot flashes; Debby it was so awesome I miss our old house sometimes, for a long time no one lived behind us we had a clear view of the mountains with binoculars we could spot deer, up there and the neighbor on either side could not see into our back yard, it was almost like Paradise, but this cold proved to be too much for me once the hot flashes left and the arthritis took over these winters last much too long and with el Nino~ oh golly gee oh well anyway in answer to your question yes

no I haven't... but it sounds wonderfully romantic until you have to get out. I'd say have the spa in a gazebo where you can still see out and have those heating lamps (or whatever the proper term is) around the spa so you can minimize the cold.
