Just curious...and if you brush after lunch, do you carry a toothbrush with you?

I brush mine twice a day, sometimes three, if I eat lunch at home. I get plaque really frequently, and my mouth doesn't feel fresh a lot. I've never carried a toothbrush WITH me, though.

I brush in the morning AFTER breakfast and always before bedtime. I do not carry a toothbrush around with me, but if I am home (say on a weekend) after lunch I brush my teeth. I also brush my teeth anytime before I go out somewhere, I picked that habit up from my mom who always does that.

With brushing and flossing twice a day,my teeth are in preety good shape.But for some people it's not enough and they have to brush after each meal.If i was one of them,i would carry a brush ,floss,toothphaste and a travel size moutwash with me.It onlt takes 5 extra minutes.

no i don't carry a toothbrush with me.
I brush my teeth when I feel dirty in my mouth.. mostly after eating..

try to brush at about 3 times a day-you don't want to overdue it because she could cause damage to your gums--so 1 time in the morning-2nd time at lunch -and 3rd time after dinner or before bedtime. hope this helps

i brush first thing in the morning and after i take a shower (all of the times i shower, usually twice a day), and right before bed. i also floss once a day...

I brush 3 times a day.You don't want to overbrush and harm your gums.
