Tell her you find it sexy. Most women are afraid of sounding dumb, so we hold it in until you guys tell us you like it. Don't tell her that it sounds funny when she holds it in though, that will only embarrass her and hurt her feelings!

Is there anyone around that she would be afraid of hearing her? Or maybe she is afraid you will think she is stupid or the sounds she makes will turn you off. I suggest you tell her how much of a turn on it is for you. I'm sure after that you'll hear all you want and more. Have fun!

Cause she may feel a little embarrased letting them out and she does not know how you would react to her noises. You should tell her how you feel about it and watch how she will get very comfortable and start to let them out just for you and for her cause I know she is tired of trying to hold them in.

Do you have room mates? Do you live in an apartment? Maybe she is embarassed! Ask her. If you can have sex with the woman, then you can talk about it. Let her know that she turns you on when she allows herself to let go.
