anyone know if there are severe delays on south west trains towards windsor and eton and reading?

Yes - Reading line only reopened at 17.20.

Probably were - there was a 50mph speed limit so that trains have a chance of stopping before obstructions (or at least hitting them at a low 'safe' speed) that may have fallen on the line

trains near basingstoke are aready up to 2 hours and 10 min delayed so thats how bad it is looking for the time being.
