St. Maarten is divided between the dutch side and the french side. There is NO US SIDE HERE. It is not part of the virgin islands. Maho is a good place to stay.

Definitely the Dutch side (the best beaches and only casinos are on the Dutch side).

as mentioned, St Maarten ( Dutch) and St Martin ( French) are NOT US .......the US Virigin Islands...ST Thomas ST John St Croix are......got your passport? You cant go to St Maarten/Martin if you dont........but you can go to the VI without one......
