I've never met Mr Haggard. But I pray for him and his family. He said his biggest mistake was not going to his peers for help. This is a very important issue: Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may have healing. The enemy came in and tried to make scatter the flock, but our community has come together and continued to have faith in God. Now even more so.

No. He was a tool meant to make everyone look at how "unnatural" homosexuality is. He acted like he had some kind of disease, when in fact- he is just gay. He deserves a severe punishment for being a hypocrite (and a methhead) but he never will because it was SO convenient for him to "get caught" right before there was a vote on whether the the term marriage should be redefined in the constitution. I hope he dies a slow, painful, screaming death and rots in a shallow grave behind a sewage plant.

The disillusionment he fostered in evangelical Christians when it was exposed that he'd been having sex with a male prostitute after hypocritically decrying homosexuality numerous times in public caused many of them to stay home on election day, contributing in no small part to the Democratic retaking of Congress. I can't say I particularly like him, but I can't say I don't like what happened because of him. It's nice to have a semblance of democracy back.

I'm not sure if TV just causes him to seem like as arrogant as he is or whether he really is that way but I can't say that I like him. Especially considering his opinions on gay marriage.

After the hypocrisy he displayed a few months ago I feel that he got what he deserved.

I love him. Not because I agree with what he did (which I do not), but because he's a Christian brother. The fact that he's fallen into sin doesn't change that.

What a disturbing man. I wish him only pain for the evils he has encouraged.
