For instance the Carvings of the president on Mt. Rushmore are created & could never have been caused by a natural process. What do you decide is created vs formed by natural process.

Well, when things come about via natural processes, forces, energies, and laws, it's the natural processes. When things come about via the work of a human or animal, then it's created.

Ok, how are you having problems figuring out what is created and what is natural? Do you think the Mount Rushmore sculpture is natural?
If humans built it, it is not part of nature. If something of nature makes it then it is natural.
Mount Everest --- Natural, formed from shifting tectonic plates
Eiffal Tower --- Created, designed by Gustave Eiffel.
Great Pyramids --- Created, built by ancient Egyptians
Amazon River --- Natural, formed by springs and rainwater
Route 66 --- Created by United States builders and engineers
Devil's Tower --- Natural, remnants of ancient volcano.
I am having no problem at all distinguishing between natural and created. Can you give me an example of something that is would be hard to classify? There are parts of nature that mankind has help along, such as animal breeding programs and whatnot. So don't bring up something that is like that where man is helping nature along. Find an object or something and ask if it is natural or created and I will tell you the answer.
Of course, some people do not like to think so they just go with the religious explanation and say everything is created.

Everything is a natural process, even human carvings on Mount Rushmore. Why? Because human behavior is controlled by the laws of physics in the same way that a river is. For something to be unnatural it needs to be unaffected by the laws of physics. There is no evidence for anything like that.

Because carvings of giant heads on the side of a mountain are not natural; and because we know humans did it because we have record of Mt. Rushmore being created. I mean come on, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out.

The carvings on mount rushmore look like something that humans create. There's no mistaking it.
You, on the other hand, don't look like something that humans create. You look like the product of natural processes that we see all around us.

You make it sound like arbitrary decisions are made.
I think you need to learn a little about what science is all about - then you won't need to ask this kind of question. Run a search on Karl Popper or read 'the fabric of reality' by Deutsch or just search for 'scientific method'
Its all good.

I dont really understand the question but most things it is easy to tell if it was created or it was natural.

That's kind of a spazzy question. Do you have ADD? How do you think of these crazy questions?? Do they just pop into your head or do you like spend hours contemplating what to ask next?

Let me guess, you are driving toward some sort of design inference. Why not cut right to the chase?
