There are 2 ways to fix gaps between front teeth-bonding or veneers. Bonding is cheaper and will last for 5 years. Veneers are more expensive and will last 10-15 years. Bonding does not require the drilling down of your natural teeth but veneers may involve some drilling unless you go with Lumineers which require no drilling. I went with bonding to close my small gap between my front teeth. I paid $400 for the bonding to close the small gap. You would pay $800 per tooth for veneers. For small gaps I would say bonding is the best choice; for large gaps you would probably need veneers.

depending on the size of the gap. your dentist might be able to fill the gap in. that is starting to be a common thing to do these days.

when i was young i had to have a retainer, and after the retainer the dentist gave me tiny clear rubber bands to wrap around my front teeth to get them to come together, maybe you could find them at a drug store.
