Depends, the one that is large 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Where I work we do one side then the other, because it's not easy to have your whole mouth numb. You might have to do them in two visits.

I depends on where the 6 cavities are. If one tooth has two or three about half hour. If they are spread out over the mouth on different sides and upper or lower it takes longer because most dentist won't work all of them at one time. It will take a few visits. But, get to the dentist and have them taken care of, you will not get another set of teeth like you did when you were 6. Feel better and good luck.

This all depends on your dentist. some are faster than others. typically this type of procedure can last anywhere from 1 and 1/2 hours to 2 hours. But if the dentist is getting up to see other pts in between then it could take longer. Good Luck!

I don't think the dentist will do them all in one appointment - they don't like to make your whole mouth numb at one time. Plus, it's uncomfortable enough keeping your mouth open long enough for one filling, let alone keeping it open for 6! Most dentists only do maybe 2 fillings in one appointment, and it'll take about a half hour for that. Good luck!
