There are different opinions on what the 4th dimension is. Einstein said the 4th dimension is time while there are several recent theories saying that the 4th dimension and those higher are spacial.
If they are spacial, the idea of God existing there does seem possible. Unfortunately, it is unprovable at this point in time. Therefore don't expect to win over any atheists yet.

To my knowledge there are only 4 dimensions, linear being the first, width being the second, height being the third, and time being the fourth. We can freely move between the first 3 but we are slaves to the fourth. Being able to move through the fourth allows matter to occupy the same place at the same time or to travel through time as easily as walking down the street. There are theories that there are parallel universes to ours but no proof as of yet, that might be what the other person was thinking of.

There are 4 dimensions that we operate in (including time). There are various scientific theories that advocate a variety of different dimensions, but any paper you read that includes thoughts on what dimension "god" works in is probably very suspect.

Obviosly, in the 4 measurement. 4D capacity length, breadth ,top and the main serious time. We additionally shuttle in the path of the time measurement that's the 4th measurement. As in keeping with my concepts Sir Albert Einstien basically proposed this 4th measurement as Time. So, i think of so.

M theory (called string theory too) suggests there are at least 11 dimensions, not four.

You have no idea what you're talking about.
That's why you posted it here for the benefit of your bible-bashing friends than asked it in Physics and have everyone explain M-theory to you.
I wont bother. I know theists arent interested in reality.
