I've been doing different ab exercises for a long time, and all of them had ok results, does anyone know an ab exercise that is very effective and sculpting?

alternate crunches and leg lifts...
incorporate a stall in the middle of some reps.
add weights for more resitance.
Rotate your torso for toning sides.

Everyone has good abs. Try doing cardio and cutting down stomach fat, and you will see your abs better. Just keep doing crunches and situps every other day, and throw in some other ab exercises. Keeping your muscles guessing will work for you too. All ab exercises are good, just change it up a bit.

Do situps every other day, or get some weights and lift on ankles.

I would think that situps and crunches would be the most effective.
