I wouldn't do anything but if you are worried about the tan line it won't hurt to take it out as long as your piercing is healed up so that you don't have to worry about it closing up.

Don't take it out? I never did. You can tan with it. Do you lay out in the summer w it in?

I went tanning with mine in and it was fine.

I never took mine out when I had one. Or you could take it out. I promise, it won't close up if you take it out for 20 minutes ;)
I've been trying to get mine close for about 5 years now!
